Unified Response - Out of Jurisdiction Responses: 2005-2007
The following tables show the number of out of jurisdiction responses for each fire department in 2005, 2006 and 2007. This includes only those incidents that were dispatched by Verdugo Fire Communications Center. The leftmost column shows which agency responded; columns to the right show where that agency responded and how many times they responded to that jurisdiction during the calendar year. “XBB” refers to locations outside the normal Area C/Los Angeles response region, such as strike teams sent to brush fires. “XAA” includes units such as private ambulances, private company fire engines, airport crash-related vehicles and helicopters. Note that Monterey Park joined the Verdugo System on Feb. 1, 2005 and, Alhambra joined on April 13, 2006 so data prior to these dates represent only the rare occasions when Verdugo dispatched units into or out of these cities.
